GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AND STAY
Love and Bulles Lodge
1. Purpose
These general terms and conditions of sale and stay define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of booking services offered by the Lodge Love and Bulles.
These terms and conditions apply to all bookings made directly with the establishment, via the internet, by telephone, by email, through our booking platform or through any other intermediary.
The customer acknowledges having read, before validating their reservation, these general terms and conditions of sale, the specific conditions of the chosen rate, as well as the lodge's internal regulations.
Confirmation of the reservation constitutes full and complete acceptance of these conditions.
2. Establishment concerned
The Love and Bubbles Lodge is a tourist accommodation designed to accommodate a maximum of two adults, in a quiet, private setting conducive to relaxation.
The accommodation includes, in particular, according to the conditions of use provided on site: an indoor spa, a seasonal outdoor pool, comfort equipment, a landscaped outdoor area, as well as certain equipment available on request.
The accommodation is not the client's primary or secondary residence. It is exclusively for tourist or leisure stays, for the duration specified in the booking.
3. Reservation
The customer chooses the services presented on our booking platform or offered directly by the establishment.
He acknowledges having read and understood the nature of the accommodation, its capacity, its facilities, its access conditions, its rules of use and the booking procedures before confirming his stay.
The reservation is considered firm upon validation by the customer and sending of the reservation confirmation.
All reservations are nominative. They cannot be transferred to a third party, whether free of charge or for a fee, without the prior written consent of the establishment.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided at the time of booking: identity, contact details, number of people, dates of stay, options chosen and means of payment.
4. Accommodation capacity
The lodge is strictly intended for a maximum of two adults.
No minors may be admitted, except with the exceptional written agreement of the establishment.
Visitors are not allowed, even temporarily.
Parties, evenings, special events, gatherings, receptions or invitations of outside people are strictly prohibited.
In the event of the presence of persons not included in the reservation, or visitors to the lodge, the stay may be simply cancelled, with immediate departure, without refund or compensation.
This rule is essential for reasons of safety, insurance, peace and quiet, respect for the neighborhood and preservation of equipment.
5. Arrival and departure
Arrivals are between 4pm and 8pm, unless otherwise agreed upon with the establishment.
Departures must take place no later than 11am.
The client agrees to respect the scheduled times in order to allow the lodge to be prepared for the following travelers.
Upon departure, the accommodation must be left clean and in a suitable condition: dishes washed and put away, waste sorted, equipment put back in place, personal belongings removed.
A standard end-of-stay cleaning is included in the service. However, this cleaning does not cover abnormal soiling, damage, persistent odors, unwashed dishes, abandoned waste, or specific repairs.
6. Price
Prices are shown before booking confirmation.
They are expressed in euros, including all taxes, unless otherwise stated.
The price includes only the services indicated at the time of booking.
Additional services, options, tourist taxes, specific fees or extra services are listed separately where applicable.
Any modification or introduction of legal or regulatory tax imposed by the competent authorities may be passed on to the price charged.
7. Tourist tax
The tourist tax, where applicable, is payable by the client according to the current rate set by the competent authority.
It may be included in the displayed price or requested separately, depending on the booking terms used.
8. Payment
Payment is made according to the terms indicated at the time of booking.
Depending on the chosen rate, full or partial prepayment may be required at the time of booking.
A bank card may be requested as a guarantee.
In the event of a refused, incomplete, fraudulent or invalid payment, the reservation may be cancelled.
The customer agrees to use a valid payment method and to be authorized to use it.
9. Security deposit, bank imprint and additional fees
Depending on the terms agreed upon at the time of booking, a security deposit may be required.
This guarantee is intended to cover any damage, deterioration, loss, specific cleaning costs, non-compliance with internal regulations or additional costs owed by the customer.
No deductions will be made without cause. Any deductions or additional charges will be related to a proven deficiency, damage, abnormal cleaning, loss, repair, or intervention necessitated by the customer's behavior.
The fixed fees stipulated in these conditions do not preclude additional billing for any repair, replacement, specific cleaning or additional damage, upon presentation of supporting documentation.
10. Cancellation or modification by the client
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the customer does not benefit from the 14-day right of withdrawal for accommodation services provided on a specific date or during a specific period.
The applicable cancellation and modification conditions are those of the rate chosen at the time of booking.
Unless more favorable conditions are specified at the time of booking, the following conditions apply:
Any cancellation made up to 31 days before the arrival date may result in a refund of the value of the stay excluding any additional charges.
Any cancellation made between 30 days and 15 days before arrival may result in a refund of 70% of the value of the stay excluding any additional charges.
Any cancellation made between 14 days and 3 days before arrival may result in a refund of 50% of the value of the stay excluding any additional charges.
Any cancellation made 2 days or less before the arrival date will be considered late. In this case, the sums paid will remain the property of the institution.
In the case of a non-cancellable, non-modifiable or promotional reservation, no refund will be issued, except with the exceptional agreement of the establishment.
Any request to change the date is subject to the prior agreement of the establishment, depending on availability and the applicable pricing conditions for the new date.
In the event of early departure, late arrival or shortened stay due to the client, no refund will be due.
Any cancellation or modification request must be addressed directly to the establishment or made via the booking channel used.
11. Failure to appear
In the event of a failure by the client to appear on the scheduled arrival date, without cancellation in accordance with the conditions of the reserved rate, the reservation will be considered as cancelled by the client.
The sums paid may be retained and/or the amount stipulated in the tariff conditions may be invoiced.
12. Cancellation or modification by the establishment
The establishment reserves the right to cancel or modify a reservation in the event of force majeure, an external event preventing the reception of the client, a major technical problem, a significant breakdown, a risk to the safety of persons or any situation making the stay impossible under good conditions.
In this case, the establishment will offer, depending on the possibilities, a postponement of the stay, an alternative solution or a refund of the sums paid.
No additional compensation can be claimed in the event of an occurrence beyond the control of the establishment.
13. Internal Regulations
The client accepts and agrees to abide by the internal regulations of the Lodge Love and Bulles.
These regulations are made available to the customer and displayed in the accommodation. They specify in particular the rules relating to the use of the spa, the swimming pool, the garden, the indoor and outdoor equipment, the charging station, the barbecue, as well as the rules of safety, cleanliness and quiet.
The internal regulations form an integral part of these general terms and conditions of sale and stay.
Failure to comply with the internal regulations constitutes a violation of the conditions of stay.
In the event of a serious breach, including the presence of visitors or persons not included in the reservation, a party, a nuisance, failure to comply with safety rules or behavior incompatible with the spirit of the place, the establishment may ask the client to leave the premises immediately, without refund or compensation.
14. Animals
Animals are not allowed at the Love and Bulles Lodge.
Failure to comply with this prohibition will result in a flat-rate additional cleaning fee of €50 being charged and/or deducted from the security deposit.
These fees do not cover any damage, stains, embedded hair, persistent odors, additional damage or interventions, which may be charged separately upon presentation of supporting documentation.
15. Non-smoking accommodation
The lodge is strictly non-smoking.
Smoking or vaping is prohibited inside the accommodation, including near windows, open doors or openings.
If the customer smokes outside, cigarette butts must be deposited in the ashtray provided. It is forbidden to throw cigarette butts on the ground, in flowerbeds, gravel, the swimming pool, the spa, or any other outdoor areas.
In the event of non-compliance with the ban on smoking or vaping indoors, in particular in the event of odor, traces, ashes, cigarette butts or the need for sanitation, a flat fee of €200 will be charged for specific cleaning, air purification, environmental sanitation and olfactory restoration.
These fees do not preclude additional charges in the event of burns, damage, replacement of textiles, specialized intervention or temporary impossibility of re-letting the accommodation.
16. Candles, flames and fire safety
As the lodge is a wooden structure, the use of candles other than LEDs is strictly prohibited.
Any open flame, conventional candle, incense, fireworks, lantern or similar device is prohibited inside or in the immediate vicinity of the lodge.
In the event of wax stains, burns, soot, odor or damage related to the use of a flame or a prohibited product, the costs of cleaning, repair or replacement will be charged to the customer.
17. Using the spa

Eating in the spa or bringing glasses, fragile containers or breakable objects into the spa is prohibited.
Diving, jumping or having more than two people in the spa is prohibited.
The cover must be replaced after each use to limit cooling, evaporation and heating or filtration noise.
Any abnormal use of the spa requiring draining, specific cleaning, water treatment, technical intervention or repair may be charged to the customer.
18. Use of the swimming pool
The swimming pool is available seasonally, depending on weather, technical and sanitary conditions.
The customer must rinse off before using the pool, in particular to remove sunscreen, oil or body products.
For safety reasons, diving, jumping or using the pool in a dangerous manner is prohibited.
The customer uses the pool at their own risk and agrees to follow safety rules.
Glasses, sharp objects, fragile containers or items that could break are not allowed in or around the pool.
19. Gas barbecue
A gas barbecue can be made available free of charge upon request.
This provision is offered subject to availability, favorable weather conditions, proper use and excluding prefectural prohibitions or fire risks.

The customer agrees to supervise the barbecue during its use, to turn off the gas after use and to respect basic safety rules.
After use, the barbecue must be made clean.
The grease collection tray must be emptied and cleaned after use.
In the event of a dirty barbecue, an unemptied grease trap, significant stains, misuse or damage, cleaning, repair or replacement costs may be charged to the customer.
20. Electric vehicle charging station

It is forbidden to use an extension cord, a multi-socket adapter, a non-compliant adapter or any device that may present an electrical risk.
After use, the customer must properly store the cable and hang it back in its place.
In case of difficulty, anomaly or malfunction, the customer agrees to notify the establishment immediately and not to intervene on the installation himself.
The establishment reserves the right to suspend or refuse the use of the terminal in case of misuse, safety risk, breakdown, technical constraint or unreasonable use.
21. Respect for the premises and equipment
The client agrees to use the lodge, its equipment, furniture, grounds and facilities with care.
It is forbidden to move the technical equipment, to dismantle, modify, force or manipulate the installations.

In the event of damage, breakage, loss, abnormal stain, burn, improper use or intervention necessitated by the customer's behavior, the corresponding costs may be charged.
22. Garden, exteriors and parking
The exterior and landscaped garden must be respected.
It is forbidden to walk in the flowerbeds, to pick flowers, to break branches, to throw rubbish or to leave cigarette butts outside.
Parking must be done only in the designated area.
The customer is advised to exercise caution during maneuvers, as the access road is narrow and some surrounding areas require special attention.
The establishment cannot be held responsible for damage caused to the customer's vehicle during maneuvers or parking, except in cases of proven fault on the part of the establishment.
23. Peace and quiet and the neighborhood
The Love and Bubbles Lodge is a place of calm, relaxation and rest.
The client agrees to respect the peace and quiet of the premises, the neighborhood and the environment.
